Samuel Allen of Truro, cordwainer, his wife Mary, and Elizabeth, wife of John Couch, hatter, of Kenwyn; stealing 100 gallons of flour, value 6d., from Samuel Teage; petty larceny: whipping.

Sarah Couch of Kenwyn, spinster, on a charge of stealing 'one piece of gold called half a moydre': acquitted.
