Draft copy letter of Robert Leslie, Grand Secretary informing D N Ribeiro, Provincial Grand Secretary and the other officers of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Jamaica that Grand Lodge was not informed about the changes in officers' names. A renewal of the provincial grand lodge warrant, damaged by damp, may be obtained on application and payment of the appropriate fee.

Provincial Grand Lodge, No. 1 was granted a warrant by the Antients' Grand Lodge on 1 June 1796 to meet as No. 301 at the Masons' Hall, Port Royal Street, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. The Lodge was erased at the time of the union between the Antients' and Moderns' Grand Lodges to form the United Grand Lodge of England in 1813.
