(i) James Price of Clothie [Cloddian], co. Mtg., gent.
(ii) Arthur Weaver of Berthlloyd [Berth-lwyd], co. Mtg., gent.
Title to 2 ac. land mortgaged 27 Feb. 9 Jas. I (D2153/124) to Anne verch Morres, widow, now dec'd., for 40s., and which descended to Elizabeth verch Reignold, dau. and heir of Anne, and was assigned by her to (i) by deed of 24 Nov. 2 Chas I (D2153/164); and land called Errow daler in Llawnithion [Llaneithion], mortgaged to John ap Richard of Llaneithion, shoemaker, for 33s. 4d. (D2153/112), which was assigned (D2153/120) to Thomas Price of Llaneithion, gent. now dec'd., and then descended to (i), his son and heir.
