James Daly, master, and John Gover, mate, both of the Susannah of Dartmouth, Devon, testified that they shipped, at Liverpool on 6 December, 184 bushels of lump salt and 160 bushels of fine salt, duty paid, to be carried to Looe for Thomas Bartlett of Looe, of which 44 bushels of fine salt and 5 bushels of lump salt were lost during stormy weather at sea.

Priscilla Burn of St Pinnock, widow; stealing goods of Thomas Richards, value 6d.; petty larceny: public whipping.

Stephen Davy of St Winnow, labourer; stealing goods of William Hill, labourer, value 1d; petty larceny: public whipping.
