By JOHN WILLIAMS of London, gent., to WILLIAM PECKHAM of Rumboldsweeke, gent., and MARY his wife of a barn, buildings and land called Peirses late in occupation of John Walter and then of said William Peckham, in Ancton in Felpham-made in pursuance of a decree of the Court of Chancery-to be held by the said William & Mary Peckham until certain legacies given by John Pay to Grace, Johane and Mary his daughters should be satisfied, such legacies having all come to the said Mary Peckham by the death under age of Grace Pay, mother of the said John Williams, and the said Johane Pay
