Administrative / biographical background

The Lodge of Honour was established in 1776 and met at the Coopers' Arms, Stretton Grounds, Westminster, London. The lodge was named the Lodge of Honour in 1784. In 1811 the lodge met at the King's Arms Tavern, High Street, Kensington, London and the meetings remained there until the lodge was erased in 1822.
