Thomas Hulse of Asteley co Chester gentleman, son and heir of Phillipp Hulse of Norburie co Chester esq, has given and confirmed to his brother John Hulse, son of Phillipp, an annuity of 4 marks issuing from property in Cos Chester and Salop, from the day of the death of Phillipp Hulse esq for John's life, to be paid at the feast of St Martin the bishop in winter and the nativity of St John Baptist.Power to distrain if the annuity is in arrears
