2. John Mason of Sourthwaite in Dent, farmer.
Premises: all that estate or farm called Sourthwaite in Kirthwaite in Dent, in occupation of John Mason as tenant - term starting as to husbandry on 14 February, eatage and herbage on 5 April, and buildings on 12 May next [1873].
Covenants:- as in lease W13 above.
Rent: £32 yearly.
