Photocopy with coloured shading for estate roads and for a main road running south from the A259 Pevensey - Hastings road. 25 inches to a mile. Drawn Jan 1946, received by County Planning Officer, May 1948. A pencilled note of Dec 1959 states that the main road line shown is not that officially approved but a modified line which would be accepted to assist estate development.
