Papers concerning purchase of lead for repair of Dent church:

- Note from Leonard Willan, John Thistlethwayt, Edw Fawcett, jun., churchwardens, to Mr [Jo] Robinson to authorise Miles Willyamson to buy and receive 10 pigs of lead for use of Dent Church, Dent, 3 July 1711; endorsed with notes of payment, and £4 1s. receipted by John Holmes, 31 August 1711;

- Note by Miles Willyamson that he is to furnish churchwardens of Dent with 10 pigs of lead at 100 weight each at price of £3 15s. and 7s. 6d. for carriage to Dent for use of church steeple, 29 July 1711;

- Agreement between (1) present churchwardens of Dent (John Thistlthwayt and Edward Fawcett) and (2) Myles Williamson and James Williamson of Kirkby stephen, plumbers, that (2) will draw up and complete 22 sheets of lead in north west part of church or chapel of Dent by 24 June next, with (1) preparing what nails, boards and lime may be needed to complete work and to pay (2) £1 5s., one moiety of which to be paid when work is completed and other moiety at Martinmas next if work is finished or at Easter next and afterwards for six years then ensuing; (2) to uphold and keep in good repair said church roof and leads as they formerly have done and (1) to pay (2) 15s. yearly at Martinmas and Easter during said term; witnessed by Geo Mason and Tho Mason, 18 April 1712;

- Certificate by Tho Nelson to churchwardens of Dent that Miles Williamson and James his son, plumbers, received six pieces of lead (weight 606 stone and one pound) at smelt milne at Hartley for repair of Dent Church lead, and to pay Sir Christopher Musgrave, Bt., £2 14s. 1d., 12 January 1713/14;

- Bill for 8s. 1d., 20 January 1713/14;

- Receipt of Myles Williamson and James his son for sum of £2 14s. 1d. from churchwardens for lead received from Sir Christopher Musgrave, Bt., witnessed by John Thistlthwayt, 30 January 1713/14;

- Receipt of Thomas Nelson for £2 14s. 1d. from Miles Williamson for 600 cwt. stone and one pound of lead, 1 February 1713/14;

- Paper with rough calculations, undated.
