1709. Table of fees for the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn (ff.3v-4).

22 October 1711. Petition by the minister and trustees of the chapel, proposing boundaries for a parochial district (10 signatures) (f.5).

3 November 1711. Letter from Sir Nathanial Curzon to Thomas Rous, secretary, from Kedleston, stating that he cannot value the ground rent of the chapel without the consent of John Kent (f.6).

19 November 1711. Letter from John Kent to the same, promising proposals for the chapel (f.8).

[27 November 1711]. Proposals by Sir Nathaniel Curzon and John Kent for sale of ground rent and reversion of the chapel (f.10).

3 December 1711. Amended proposals for the same (f.12).

9 July 1712. Letter from Sir Nathaniel Curzon, stating proposals for sale on condition that he has the advowson and a pew (f.14).

19 July 1712. Letter from the same to Thomas Rous, from Kedleston, on the same subject (f.17).

12 August 1712. Proposals by Henry Procter, doctor of physick, and Richard Gray for the sale of land for a churchyard in the parish of St. Pancras near the Pinder of Wakefield (f.18).

[1712]. Plan of proposed burial ground. Endorsed, 'A demand of 400¹ for a piece of Ground for a Ch.yard for St. George's Chapell in Ormond Street made by Mr. Proctor and Mr. Gray Augt 12 1712' (ff.20v-21).

14 August 1712. Letter from John Kent to Thomas Rous, adhering to previous proposals for the sale of the site of the chapel and demanding £400 for the advowson (f.22).

25 August 1712. Amended proposals by the same (f.24).

1 December 1712. Further amended proposals by the same (f.26).

[6 June 1717]. Petition by the minister and trustees of the chapel for funds to repair the chapel which has been surveyed by James and Gibbs, and for compensation for pew owners (13 signatures) (ff.28v-29).

[1717]. Plan of the chapel showing the disposition of pews (ff.31v-32).

[1718]. Petition by the minister and trustees for compensation for pew owners as a result of recent repairs to the chapel, with (f.34), a table estimating damage sustained by pew owners (f.33).
