Immediate source of acquisition (When and where the record was acquired from)
- In 1831, 'Two volumes of MSS Sermons by Hallett' were donated to the Devon and Exeter Institution by J. W. Abbott. These are identifiable as MSS 143/19 and MSS 143/23 as they contain the bookplate of John White Abbott of Exeter. The source of acquisition for the remaining volumes is unknown.
