Lazarus Jones Venables has contracted to sell the capital messuage and other property and will charge the annuity on other property

Conveyance to trustee of capital messuage and lands in township of Treflach, Trevonnen and Treverclawdd in Oswestry (Richard Dickin) lands called Cae Bont, Glover's Meadow, Little Cae Stenbor, Great Cae Stenbor, Little Rod Meadow, North Field and Middle Field in the liberties of the town, as devised to Lazarus Jones Venables by his uncle the Rev Joseph Venables for life; parcel land in Trevonnen purchased by V. from Humphrey Parry Dorsett esq and all his other property (except what he has agreed to sell or exchange to the trustees of the late Rowland Hunt esq of Boreatton and to Sir Watkin Williams Wynn bart and to John Arthur Lloyd of Domegay esq) for term of 99 years so that Elizabeth Venables may receive the £600 annuity for life and that in case the annuity is not paid she may take a distraint or enter into the property if it is in arrears 60 days after her death, the conveyance is to be void
