Isaac Smith for £1. 5s. 11d.: Five shirts making 10s.; shirts ruffling, gown & stocks repaired, stockings darned, stays remade; 5 couple ducks 8s. 4d., 1 couple chickens 1s. 3d. The bill was reduced by 16s., value of 2 strike of wheat which Smith had at harvest, balance 9s. 11d. went towards his rent.
Endorsed: £6. 2s. 6d. (presumably Smith's rent) from which 9s. 11d. balance above was subtracted and £5. 12s. 7d. paid in cash.
