(1) Wm. Ward
John Farndon both of Wolston Warks., gents., exors. of Rich. Hinde of Lilburne Nhant, gent.
(2) Abraham Flavell of Leire Leics., yeo.
(3) John Ward of Wilby Nhant, esq.
Reciting deed dated 27 March 1701 between (1) Abraham Flavell as in (2) and (2) Rich. Hinde as described in (1) by which for £100. A.F. demised to R.H. Collins Close & Breach Close (6½ a.) situated beyond the brook in Leire and occ. by A.F. bounded by a close of A.F., south & glebe land north, and recently purchased by A.F. of Thos. Freeman & others, also 1 yardland of arable, meadow & pasture with appurts. dispersed in the open & common fields of Leire being a moiety of 2 yardlands ancient inheritance of A.F. and occ. by him, with all baulks, hades, etc. belonging; that default made in payment of £105., will of Rich. Hinde, etc.; further reciting deed dated 27 March 1711 etc. now for £134. 18s. (1) by direction of (2) to (3) premises in Leire as above for residue of term of 1,000 years; provision for resumption if (2) pay (3) £159. --- £4.10s. on 11 Dec. 1714 and £154. 10s. on 11 June 1715.
