LEASE (Cp.) for 3 lives by Rt. Hon. Thomas Earl Rivers to Samuel Trafford of Woodhouses, Lordship of Fradsham, husbandman --- a messuage or tenement with appurts. in WOODHOUSES aforesd. wherein the lessee now dwells, with 1 acre of meadow in Miccow meadow, ¾ acre in over meadow in FRODSHAM, 1 acre in the grounds in FRODSHAM cd. the Greenes, 4 cowgates in the pasture in FRODSHAM cd. the crofts and 5 cowgates in the gt. ture there cd. the Lordshipp Marsh; for lives of the sd Samuel Trafford, Mary his sister and Rebecca Sleigh daughter of Joseph Sleigh of the city of Dublin, at an annual rent of 16/5½ , 1 rent capon or 12d. and heriot of best beast or good or £3.
