1) Rev. Thomas Gisborne of Yoxal Lodge, Forest of Needwood, (Staff.).
2) John Crompton the younger of Derby, esq.
(1) to (2) capital mansion of (1) in p. of St. Alkmund, Derby, with stables, offices, coach house, gardens, yards, pleasure grounds and pew in St. Alkmunds church; also Grove Close, in Derby (31a.) with buildings situated thereon, and grove adjoining. Timber reserved. For 7yrs., £140 p.a.; £15 p.a. per acre ploughed without licence.
Dung to be spread, and no hay cut in final yr. of lease.
