These documents were lodged for many years in the attic at The Place, Icomb. When Dr. Simpson Hayward moved shortly after the Second World War they were placed in the care of the Parish Council and were for some time displayed in in the village hall. Mr. Keay is currently Chairman of the Parish Council.
