Requests:- to wife Eleanor Jackson, all personal estate

-- To sons William Jackson of Tunstal, Lancashire, blacksmith, and John Jackson of Burton-in-Kendal, nailer, two copyhold cottages with gardens and appurts. in Mitchelgate, Kirkby Lonsdale; also freehold dwellinghouse with appurts. in Red Dragon Yard, Kirkby Lonsdale, now in occupation of Margaret Dixon [as in feoffment 1 February 1808]; also copyhold dwellinghouses and blacksmith's shop in Royal Oak Yard, Kirkby Lonsdale now in occupation of son Robert Jackson, in trust to pay rents and profits to wife Eleanor for life, then to sell and share proceeds amongst testator's children, Robert, John, William, Mary wife of Robert Warbreck, Eleanor Jackson, Elizabeth wife of Joseph Lodge, Ann wife of John Spencer and Jane Jackson
