Articles of inquiry submitted to the Bishop with his answers (pp. 38-40).
List of institutions 'sithence the burnyng of the Records in Bushopp Walsh is tyme', 1568-1620. Dated 16 May 1622 (ff. 41-53).
Account of lands and rents lost to the see since the death of Queen Elizabeth I and especially since the accession of James I (pp. 55-6), and an account of property recovered (p. 57).
