Richd. How Aspley) to G.G. White, 28. Charles St.) About conferring with Win, Walduck - tea, pease & gingerbread to be sent to Aspley - Paying small bills - Goodmans have applied to redeem land tax : financial affairs - On the 5th was W.Wright's [the schoolmaster of Aspley Schl?] grand entertainment, in the new grand dining roomg a large company, tho' some were discouraged by the want of a Moon, bad roads & weather. Little Wm. was pleas'd to hear his schoolfellows declaim, but going when the boys had supp'd & returning before 10 o'clock, he miss'd the glass of punch, supp'd at home afterwards & some hot elder wine made him go to bed pretty well satisfied. - We design soon to bottle our new Elder Wine & send 5 bottles for 4 of brandy.
