Part of highway between Rusthall Common and highway from Gipps Cross to Small Brook, to be diverted to new line through lands of William Fowler Jones, Esq., and Thomas Beeching, 242 yards long, 18 feet wide.
Order: at house of Thomas Roots known by the sign of the Hare and Hounds at Tunbridge Wells, 15 August 1823, with plan.
Consents of W.F. Jones of Ashurst Park, Ashurst, and T. Beeching of Tunbridge Wells, banker, 25 July 1823.
Cuttings from Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser and Maidstone Gazette and Kentish Courier, 26 August and 2 & 9 September 1823, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 14 October 1823.
