1. George Cholmondeley, Esq., Lord Viscount Malpas, eldest son and heir apparent of the Rt Hon. George Earl of Cholmondeley, and
Hester Chomondeley, Lady Viscount Malpas, wife of Lord Viscount Malpas

Last Michaelmas 1. levied a fine (No. 4) of the Manor of Meole Brace and the advowson and property there, being the property in the indenture of 30 December last between 1. and Thomas Kinaston. The fine was levied to the use of Lord Malpas and Hester for their lives and that of the longest liver, subject to jointure for the life of Dame Hester Edwards alias Wyse, mother of Hester Malpas. Now for £2,500 to pay the debts of Lord Malpas to Henry Jenks, grant of the Manor of Meole etc. to Henry Jenks for 500 years on trust by sale or mortgage to raise £2,500 and apply the rest as Lord Malpas directs.
