Feoffment in pursuance of Indenture (Marriage Settlement) between 1.Arthur Eyre 2.Anthony Fitzherbert Kt Justice of King's Bench concerning the marriage of party 2 to these presents; in all those manors, lands and tenements, rents reversions and services in Hathersedg', Over Padley, Nether Padley, and in the towns and parishes of Castleton', Ashopp's, Thornell, Folowe, Offerton, Grindelfirth, Cote, Bradwall, Little Mucklowe, Taddington, Prestcliffe, Hoop, Leom, Brompton, Romley, Woodthorpe, Netherthorpe, and Staley and elsewhere in com.Derb'; and lands and tenements within the Liberties of Halomshire in com.Ebor' and elsewhere in that county; and other lands in the same county; which party 1 held in conjunction with William Coffin, Richard Coffin, and Edmund Eyre now dcsd by grant of Sir Arthur Eyre.
With power of Attorney to William Bagnold and Henry Cotton for entry possession and livery of seisin.
