On payment of £636 to Francis Parker of St Andrews Holborn, London, esq.. Notes: 1 will deliver up to 2 the Deeds for grant Covenant to pay £4 per week during the life of Rt.Hon. Sir Edward Villiers, K.G., and deed of grant and sale of 1/3rd of 2d by sale for every pound weight of silver coined, & pension of £500, also bargain of sale of lands etc to Yorks.
