The deeds relating to the Woodchurch estate (sections 12 and 13) were deposited by the then Ernest Royden, Esq., in April, 1950, with a manuscript calendar. The remaining deeds and papers relating principally to Frankby were deposited by the executors of Sir Ernest Royden, bt., in accordance with his instructions, in November, 1960.
