File "Personal correspondence". Contains : a series of essays on the steel industry written as "...a private citizen..." by S.S. Wilson, a civil servant and subsequently Secretary of ISC, and addressed to the Chairman Elect in Feb 1950 [WHS's notes show that he read the essays in Oct 1950], 2 copies (MSS.289/10-36 and MSS.289/37-63); corres. with Miss M.A. Pickering re employment for herself and for women generally in the steel industry, 1951 Mar-May (MSS.289/73-75).
