Bodmin Assize Courts

The plan and elevation "I.H.T. 10 Feb. 1835" adopted.

Front two ends of building to be of granite.

Allowance to be made to Bodmin Corporation for materials of present hall.

Mr. William Burt's estimate £5,030.

Mr. Burt's specification to be submitted to Mr. Wightwick, architect of Plymouth.

Arrangements for payment detailed.

Negotiation to be entered into for purchase of George and Dragon public house. [No parish given, so not clear whether this was connected with building of new assize court].
