Description

1. William Henry, Lord Lyttelton, Baron of Frankley, Worcs.

2. Hubert John Barclay Galton of Warley, Shrops. and Worcs., Esquire

Property: Lightwoods, cottages, gardens etc in parish of Halesowen, Shrops.

Reciting: Lease and Release of 1 and 2 November 1784

Conditions: 2 to gain possession from 25 March 1835. Timberwood and underwood on property to be measured and valued by Jeremiah Mathews of Stourbridge, Worcs. and William Fowler of Erdington, Warws. 2 to pay value.

Abstract of title to property to be delivered to 2 within 2 months of heir of 1 reaching age of 21.

2 to pay costs of drawing up title deeds & deeds of covenant.

Consideration to be £4750 with 4% p.a. interest.

2 to be able to use 1's name in any litigation about rights. To be void if heir of 1 refuses to sign when reaches 21 and money to be refunded to 2.

Endorsed: Plan. Note of sealing and delivery. Note of receipt of consideration. Note that purchase money to be reduced by £8 as land is 20 perches less than stated
