Pre-printed proformae bound in volumes, and one bundle of rough notes. The forms are entitled: 'Manchester Chapter Estates Agenda of the Chapter and the Consultative Committee'. There is space to enter the date of the meeting and members present. The pages are then divided into two columns marked: 'For Consideration' and 'Remarks', with numbers running down the margin. The items are then entered by hand. From 3 May 1926, the Consultative Committee is dispersed with, and the forms are altered to become the Manchester Chapter Estates Agenda for Chapter.
