2. Joseph Aldrich Cotton of Ellesmere clerk, Thomas Plowden Presland of Harnage esq and William Henry Slaney of Grays Inn Square gentleman.

Recital of deed poll by Elizabeth Slaney of Walford Manor and Elizabeth Frances Slaney, 1 May, by which Elizabeth in pursuance of a power contained in a deed of 17 March 1831 appointed that £3,500 Bank of England stock (part of a sum of £5,000 like stock) standing in the names of Cotton Presland and Slaney should be held by them in trust for the absolute benefit of E.F. Slaney and should be transferred to her or as she should direct. E.F. Slaney thereby directed the trustees to transfer the same sum to John Oliver Hopkins of Fitz Clerk, William Henry Slaney of Greys Inn gentleman, Robert Burton the younger of Shelton esq and John Eyton of Sidmouth St. Regent Square, co Midd, esq., in the books of the Governors of the Bank of England; and declared that the receipt of the new trustees to the old trustees should be sufficient discharge for the sum.
