The Lodge of Justice No. 147 was established in 1801 and named in 1828. In 1801 the lodge met at the West London Militia, Baptist Head, St. John's Lane, West Smithfield, London. The lodge then met at various inns and taverns around London and now meets at the Gun Hotel, Brushfield Street, London.
