Also that Thomas Jamys made a hedge upon the lord's land of Tregeveth, and that he cut down trees growing upon the lord's hedges at Tregeveth. 1 civil plea.

Presentment that John Reskymer, on 12th Sep 1500 at Coysenys, took half of a fish called 'a porpos'; to be attached.
Thomas Penwern to reply to lord concerning a presentment that on Tuesday 17th Dec 1499 at Bosawesek he took a stray horse of the lord (unum equum de extrahur' domini); he has nothing by which, etc.
c18. Reeve presents a dun horse found at Tregarn on 1st Oct 1599; nobody came to prove ownership within a year and a day, so according to custom of the manor it is the lord's franchise; given to George de Condorow by the lady.
c20. Presentment by bailiff that John Gothell removed a stray sorell horse of the lord found at Symorda [?] on Thursday 24th Sep 1500; tenements taken for term of 7 years.
