Leases and Counterpart Leases, 1786(1), 1805-66(20), Surrenders, 1804-50(4), Notices of Assignment, 1812-23(7), Assignments, 1805-47(22), and Deed of Partition, 1807, affecting properties holden for 99 years and lives, of the manor of Hinton St. George. (55 documents).

Internal original bundle containing Mortgage, 1765, Assignments, 1766-1803(4), and Surrender, 1805, affecting properties holden by the Tett family for 99 years and lives, of the manor of Hinton St. George. (6 documents).

Merger, 1811, with Lease, 1770, and Letter, 1812, concerning the residue of a term of 99 years in premises held by Thomas Dando in the manor of Hinton St. George. (3 documents).

Copies of Licences to Demise properties holden for 99 years and lives of the manor of Hinton St. George, 1847(2). Leases for small terms of properties in Hinton St. George, 1825, 1827.
