Folios 32-35. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to Charles Wright, Clerk to the Guardians of the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, acknowledging his letter of 2 February 1875 concerning the letting of 8 acres 1 rood 19 perches of land to the executors of Mr Pearce for the remaining portion of the current year to old Michaelmas next.
Two copies of an order, which the Board has issued, authorising the letting under the Union and Parish property Act 1835, of 8 acres 1 rood 19 perches near the Gressenhall workhouse. Annotated: 'Mr Farnall, do you see any objection to the proposal to let the whole farm to Mr Pearce, see 7701/1875', 6 Apr 1875.
