Lease; (i) Charles Chabot of Battersea, coal merchant; (ii) John Taylor of Battersea, carpenter; piece ground in Battersea abutting N on River Thames, S on private road leading from Battersea Church, E partly on premises Erick Bollman, partly on a private road, W on premises Charles Chabot.

150 ft next Thames, 147 ft on South. With buildings etc., liberty of ingress etc. Michaelmas 1819 for 51 years at £22.10s. Plan in margin.

Piece of ground on west side of the above for remainder of same term, from Lady Day 1822 at £10 p a.

Plan in margin N on Thames 106' 6" S on Charles Chabot 104 feet and aqueduct W on Charles Chabot E on John Taylor Parchment 2 membranes. Both indentures Signed and Sealed.
