This collection of deeds and leases relate to Pye Corner Farm, Odcombe and West Coker, acquired by H.W. Hodder in 1920. The estate was formed by acquisitions of land in Odcombe by Charles Warr in 1824 and 1825 which were acquired by Robt. Chaffey and John Moore in 1847. Part of West Coker Manor estate was purchased by T. and J.C. Moore in 1866.
