Docketed “Parcel not received. The parties at Foundry require time to say when Arrow’s engines will be ready. Monarch’s boiler and paddle wheels mostly loaded. Dart’s account will be sent after meeting of Margate Co. Herne Bay proposed vessels. Have no 50 horse engines on hand but have a 60 horse boiler same as Flamer.”
