Correspondence, internal memos and telegrams regarding the proposed building of a road bridge at Auckland. The bulk of the correspondence details the pursuance of financial backing for the project, and also the need to gain official support from New Zealand. These aims were not achieved and the project fell through. Several of the telegrams were sent in code (such is the important nature of the information contained within). The key to the code is present within the file.
