PARTIES:
1. William Faichen of Wolvercot, Oxford, bacon curer.
2. William Brain of Ensham in the same County, tailor.
SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION:
Closes in parish of Ensham called Penticrofts with the barn stable orchard and yard belonging formerly occup. - Smith since of Robert Wilsdon deced. and now of Robert Wilsdon his son and which premises descended to 1. as eldest son and heir at law of Stephen Faichen deced. to whom they were devised by his uncle Stephen Faichen formerly of Woolvercot, gent. deced. and were formerly part of the estate of James Duberly esq. deced. Recites deed of 5 May instant which recited that a fine was to be levied on the premises. Recites that the fine has been levied in consideration of £500 paid by 2. to 1. mortgages the premises to 2. for term of 1,000 yrs. 1d. rent. subject to proviso for redemption.
