- Deeds of messuage or dwellinghouse with the orchard, garden and gateroom adjoining, lands [no details], and parcel of waste ground in or near the common called North Heath, all in Easebourne ; parcel of meadow ground in Midhurst on N. side of Whiphill and adjoining to the river on N. ; and two closes of land called the Reads in Easebourne, having North Heath on N. and E. parts (all the foregoing being freehold) ; and customary tenement called Rowen and land belonging, and croft of land called Marefield in Buddington (held of the manor of Easebourne Priory).
