Covenant to levy fine on A & B.
Assignment of various recited terms. (2) and (3) to (4). Covenant to surrender share of (2) in copyhold land, part of Bank House to use of (4).
(Recites (inter alia) partition of inheritance of (1) and (2) b.)
A. Messuage formerly built by Sarah Ladds, deceased, with all freehold buildings and gardens appertaining, which property, including leasehold and copyhold land, is known as Bank House, now in tenure or occupation of Frances Payne, widow; with the pew in the parish church of Acton. And 4 pieces of land in the common field, described in ACC/0617/036 and 037. in the parish of Acton.
B. Piece of land (3.2.25) near S. side of road from London to Uxbridge, bounded on N. by land of John Way, Esq., deceased, on W. & S. by land of --Winter, Esquire and on E. by land or road leading from Acton to Gunnersbury and Brentford, heretofore in occupation of Stephen Briggs. And land in ACC/0617/065 & 066 which, except for 1st piece, is bound on S. by the high road to Uxbridge, on W. by garden and land of Lewis Duval Esquire, by a field of (4) called Fordhook Ten Acres and by land of Mr. Wood on N. and on E. by Masons Green and the lane leading thereto from the High road, which lane divides this property from the house of (4) called the Paddocks. All said property in the parish of Acton.
Fordhook Ten Acres (10.1.38) bounded on E. by Round Top Field, on W. by land next described, on N. by land of William Wood Esq., and on S. by lands of said Lewis Duval. Fordhook Eighteen Acres (18.1.13) bounded on N. and part of W. by land of said William Wood, on S. by land of said Lewis Duval, on E. by Fordhook Ten Acres and on rest of W. by Ealing Common. Meadow called Johnsons, alias Fordhook, (7.0.22) on S. of road from Uxbridge, detached from last 2 described lands and bounded on N. and E. by Ealing Common and on S. & W. by land of Mr. Irons. All in Ealing and devised to (4) by will of brother George Samuel Wegg.
