Lease and release, the release being a conveyance by John Tibbatts of Harborne, co. Stafford, farmer, William Tibbatts of the same, farmer, and Thomas Tibbatts of Bushwood in the parish of Lapworth, co. Warwick, farmer, the three sons and devisees in trust under the will (see DR 36/119 above) of William Tibbatts late of Bushwood, yeoman, deceased, with the privity of Mary Tibbatts of Preston Bagot, co. Warwick, spinster, a legatee under the will (see DR 36/77 above) of Mary Clarke late of Studley, same county, widow, deceased, to Sir Francis Lyttelton Holyoake Goodricke of Studley Castle, same county, baronet and Francis Edward Holyoake of Studley, esq., his nominal trustee in consideration of £2250 of a messuage called Black Hall and lands in Studley.
Signed by the four first-named parties and by F.L.H. Goodricke with seals.
Witnesses: Wm: Welch Lea, Will: Endall, Edwd: Lawrence Gibbs.
