'A Chart of the Coast, Bays and Harbours in Newfoundland'. Survey shows coastline, hydrography, anchorages, jetties, harbours, topography, vegetation, buildings, land marks, sight lines, remarks (including the survey was taken by order of Hugh Pallisser, Commodore) and explanatory key. Coloured manuscript. North points with compass indicators showing true and magnetic north indicators (orientation to north north west). Scale: 15.1 inches to 4 miles, 60 to the degree. Surveyed by James Cook, 'Coppy'd (sic) from original Survey taken in 1764'. Annotated in pencil: squaring and in black ink: 'mounted in 1836'
