Description

Geo Osborn (Charles St, Berkeley Square) to Richd. How It would not be improper for How to apply to present members for the county on any public business, even though he did not vote for them. Thinks the petition has little chance of success, since England would suffer by abolishing the slave trade if other countries did not do the same.
