Draft deed of declaration of trust of £1400 Govt. annuity.

i) Sewallis Edward Shirley, (10th) Earl Ferrers.

ii) Augusta Annabella Walsh, Dowager Countess Ferrers now wife of Frederick Henry Walsh of Southsea, co. Hants., late a Captain in 78th Highlanders.

iii) P.F.C. Rawdon Hastings of Thame, co. Bucks., & Wm. Robinson Partridge of Repton, co. Derbs., retired Colonel, the Settled Land Act Trustees.

iv) Rev. Augustus Walsh of Falmouth, co. Cornwall, clerk, & David Hale of Ashby de la Zouch, co. Leics., solicitor, the Annuity Trustees.

iv) to stand possessed of Govt. annuity for £1400, upon trust to pay it, less income tax, to ii), and keep unsold part of Chartley estate & Staunton Harold estate indemnified against annuities of £700 and £700.

i) to refund amounts deducted from above annuity for income tax, to ii).

i) covenants to indemnify iii) against all demands about expenditure of £8588 18s. 6d., from which Govt. annuity of £1400 was bought.
