Richard James Marsh of 4, Nelson Place, Old Kent Road, Middlesex, gent., of the first part: George William Marsh of the same place, chemist and druggist, of the second part: Edward James Marsh of the same place, gent., of the third part: John Youd of Nottingham, gent., of the fourth part: Samuel Taylor of Walthamstow, Essex, chemist and druggist, of the fifth part; Richard Attenborough of Bridge House, Peace Newington, Surrey, esq., Thomas Benn Sowerby of Blackheath, Kent., esq., and Richard Thornton Perkin of Streatham, Surrey, esq., of the sixth part: Charles Thomas Jenkinson, Robert Sweeting, Alfred Jenkinson of 29, Lombard St., London, attornies and solicitors in co-partnership, of the seventh part; and Charles Thomas Jenkinson of the eighth part.
Reciting the mortgage of 13 Nov 1845, and that the principal is still due; the mortgage of 6 Jan 1847, and that the principal is still due; the mortgage of 7 Aug 1848 by which the lands were demised to (6) for 99 years, on principal of £120: that £78 10/- is due to (7) for business costs: that it has been agreed by 1, 2, 3, and 7, that this debt should be an equitable charge on the mortgaged premises: it has been agreed by all parties that a receiver should be appointed of the rents and profits of the mortgaged lands.
By this deed, Charles Thomas Jenkinson is appointed receiver.
