Lincoln, yeoman: (i) a messuage or farm house in NORTH LUFFENHAM, co. Rutland (ii) several closes of pasture called Dovecoat Close, Great Close, Wilkinsons Close and Bushy Close (iii) several parcels of arable lands, leys, pastures, etc., dispersed in the fields of NORTH LUFFENHAM, containing 315 acres with common of pasture for 160 sheep and 21 cows (iv) the closes called Mallories Close, Bates Close and Spring Close situated in NORTH LUFFENHAM: all which premises were lately in the tenure of William Stanger: to hold for a term of 3 years: various covenants expressed.
