n.d. Copy proceedings of the Council re death of Alderman Peter Eaton (Meeting 11th March 1863); on the death of Alderman John Trevor (Meeting 12th Sept. 1866); on Alderman John Williams' retirement from Council (Meeting 12th June 1867.)

a. 28th June 1867. Printed Copy of the Accounts of the Chester Race Meeting in April and May 1867, furnished by the Grand Stand Proprietors and submitted to the Council at the Meeting held the 10th July 1867.

31st July 1867. Marshall & Moss from "Cheshire News" Office, to J. Little, Esq., Chairman of the Improvement Committee. As publishers of "The Cheshire News" they ask to be placed upon the list of Chester papers whereby they may receive orders for the insertion of the various advertisements connected with the City and the Corporation. They already have a circulation larger than any other newspaper published in Chester and there is no better medium for advertising in the city or county generally.

/Watermark 1867/. Note of motion, endorsed "Revd. Mr. Montgomery"; that a Committee be appointed to draw up a scheme for carrying out the views of the Meeting & submit the same to the general meeting.
