Surrender and Admittance (Fine 3s.4d.) into a messuage, a garden, an orchard and a plot of land, called Calcroft; and a close of land between the afsd messuage and Deyhiren, with their appurtenances, in Hurdesfeld wothin the afsd. Forest, now held by Nicholas Doncastr'; value 6s.silver.
